Shipping, Delivery & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

Upon redemption of Loyalty Points, the Physical Order can be cancelled within 24 hours and the refund will be processed back to the source card within 5-10 working days. Any cancellation requests made post 24 hours will be levied a nominal cancellation charge depending on the goods. For any concerns regarding the same, please contact us on thedeathclock007@gmail.com

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone

The Vouchers, Gift cards orders cannot be cancelled post the order is placed.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

The Event rewards, all other physical Orders will be shipped within 5 days. In case you wish to update your address or provide alternate address of delivery, please contact our customer support on thedeathclock007@gmail.com.

 

The same will be delivered within 10-30 days depending upon the location. International Deliveries can take up to 30 days. Clients will have to pay the customs duty to the courier provider in order to receive the product.

Damages 

​

If you have received any damaged good which is visible while accepting order, please do not accept the order and immediately contact us. Upon receiving the good, request you to please check for damages and inform the delivery agent as well as support on thedeathclock007@gmail.com. Failing to do so, any claims made post receiving the delivery will not be accepted.
